FACT is a program for video conferencing. It doesn't use any web server. This is a freeware. We connect using the IP addresses of computers. So, no data is stored in any of the servers, It uses codecs like Xvid, DivX, Lame MP3 or any other codec supported in Windows. Thus the video quality is very good.
